We do it every day. I did it more on Sunday, with the company of two more friends, under the hot sun in Singapore.
Having made a promise to another friend before, I needed to look for a particular item after locating a particular store, then I had to buy it if I found it. It was a Sunday and we were free, the two friends mentioned earlier were kind enough to join me in my shopping quest.
It was not easy albeit the good public transport available, and access to the Internet. The weather did not make things easier for us too. Moreover I was too shy to ask for directions.
Long story short, we eventually found the place and the item as well. I made the purchase but felt bad about dragging my friends into all the walking, walking and walking. The journey was worth the sweat though. At the end of the day, what I wish to see is a happy face on each of my friends, as many as possible.
Was willing to find a shop that was not as easy to locate as compared to its counterparts in the same business; what are friends for? They were willing to join me without complaining; what are friends for?
